The hotel will provide food and drinks for breakfast and for an evening meal.  The cost of the tour will cover lunch at each venue, drinks when playing sport and a final send off meal.

Catering at the hotels attempt to cater for younger people and does it’s best to provide a variety of meat and vegetarian food options.  On tour days, staff at each location will provide students with a baguette and drink of their choice.  As students will be playing in hot weather conditions water will be available at all venues and cool areas will provide any required shelter.

If any child has a food allergy then we will inform the hotels’ catering team and Sports Tour International (medical form will be provided on final payment).  

Students will be allocated a ‘buddy’ throughout the tour who will share rooms and be travelling to each venue.  Rooms will be for 2/3 people to share depending on numbers.  Staff will be allocated on each floor depending on gender and numbers of students.  Other schools will be on the tour and potentially using the same hotel so all Sandwell students will be located in a close distance to one another.

No student will be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol at any point on the tour.
