Students joining the Academy will study at a brand new school with excellent facilities. It is furnished to a high standard with the most modern equipment in all areas, especially within Sport, Business and Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Students already benefit from an exciting, challenging and creative educational experience, which replicates the successful practices of Thomas Telford School, which is one of the top performing comprehensive schools in England. All students are motivated and stretched to achieve consistently high standards. Expectations are high and attendance and punctuality are very good. Our students are well mannered, well behaved and keen to do their best.
Sandwell Academy has quickly established a flourishing programme of extracurricular activities and many of our students take part in our extended day to develop their interests and learn new skills.
It is important that every student gains the most from their time at the Academy so they are well prepared for their next step in life, whether that be Further or Higher Education or the world of work.
