Richard Woods

Richard Woods - Deputy Head - Physical Education
Richard Woods joined Sandwell Academy as a Deputy Head in January 2006. Prior to this he was Director of Sport and Assistant Head Teacher at Stanley High School in Southport. During his time at Stanley High School Mr Woods was involved in the daily management and running of the Sports College, including the building of new facilities. Other responsibilities included line management of Art and Music and PE and a whole school pastoral role. An active sportsman Mr Woods still plays and coaches rugby.

  • Overall responsibility for online curriculum and standards (PE / Humanities)
