The following is an example only, and exact schedules and timings will differ depending upon final arrangements closer to your departure date.

| Saturday 29th May: |
Depart from the school for journey to Dover. Crossing to Calais and onward journey South through the night. |
| Saturday 30th May: |
Check into hotel and local orientation. Evening dinner. |
| Monday 31st May: |
Morning coaching clinic with guest staff. Afternoon tournament matches with other British Schools. Evening private disco at local venue. |
| Tues 1st June: |
Further guest coaching clinic. Continuation of afternoon tournament and finals. Presentation ceremony and evening disco at local venue. |
| Wed 2nd June: |
Excursion to Barcelona. Visit to Nou Camp stadium and sightseeing time in the city.

| Thu 3rd June: |
Check out of hotel. Leisure time in resort. Optional WaterWorld waterpark visit should time allow. Depart for journey back home. |
| Friday 4th June : |
Early morning ferry crossing back to Dover. Onward journey back to the school. |
