Charlotte Treverton-Jones
Head's Professional Assistant
Charlotte Treverton-Jones joined Sandwell Academy in September 2007 as the Head's PA and has several years experience gained in both the public and private sector. In her previous roles, Charlotte supported senior management with diary co-ordination, business planning, and Human Resource management.
Charlotte is responsible for all administrative support for the Head, preparation of Governing Board paperwork and all matters relating to the personnel function at the Academy.

- Press releases and publicity/photographs
- Recruitment
- CRB application forms.
- Term Dates
- Visitors to the Academy
- Official Complaints, quality control and quality management of Academy Services involving staff as necessary.
- Academy Management structure.
