Applications for Year 7 2012 are now closed.
Sandwell Academy will be writing to all applicants on March 1 2012 to update them with the state of their application ie. If a place has been offered by the Local Authority we will also write to you with information for joining the Academy.
If you have not been successful in obtaining a place, we will write to you informing you of your various options with regard to waiting list, appeal, etc.

Timeline for Admissions and Appeals
Thursday 1 March 2012:
Letters sent (2nd class) to anyone who registered for a place.
Wednesday 14 March 2012:
Deadline for return of Acceptance Form - if you have been offered a place.
Friday 30 March 2012:
Deadline for submission of appeal against decision which must be in writing.
Monday 23 April 2012:
You should have received a Confirmation of receipt of appeal letter from the Clerk. If not, please contact Mrs Purcell at the Academy on 0121 524 2812 or through the main switchboard 0121 525 1700.
Mid-May:
Confirmation letter confirming date and time of individual appeals sent at least 10 working days prior to the appointment.
