Careers in Keystage 3

In Year 7

Careers Education and Guidance is very important in early years at school.

You will be introduced to Unifrog, the Careers Library and careers research skills.

As part of the Business curriculum you will have the opportunity:

• lensTo take part in a careers competition
• lensTo investigate a career that is of interest to you
• lensTo describe the skills and qualities necessary for that career
• lensTo explore the changing sectors of industry and work

In Year 8

You will have to make your subject choices for GCSE. It is important that you keep as broad a range of subjects as possible over and above the core subjects.

If you or your parents would like some help with these decisions, then please make an appointment with Mr Tamber or Mrs Soulsby.

Don’t forget to use Unifrog.
